We currently ship within Australia.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, including Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

🎁 Gift Orders

All Peri Calm Boxes are thoughtfully packed and make beautiful gifts. Prices are not included in parcels, and gift notes may be added at checkout (where available).

🔄 Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
